We currently accept eligible return requests within 14 days from the recorded delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
A return may be accepted when the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos, the order number, and a short description of the issue.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on the return steps. Return shipping or collection costs may apply unless the issue was caused by us, the shipping carrier, or a verified product defect.
When a prepaid order return is approved after inspection, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method within approximately 7 to 14 business days, subject to the payment provider and the issuing bank or wallet procedures in Egypt.
Return requests may be declined if the request is submitted outside the approved period, if the item is not in acceptable condition, or if the product category is excluded for hygiene, customization, or made-to-order reasons.
